Key Responsibilities:

Process and Formulation Optimization:

  • Collaborate with formulation scientists and process engineers to optimize product formulations and manufacturing processes for extended stability.
  • Identify critical process parameters impacting product stability and recommend improvements.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all stability testing and documentation meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to resolve stability-related issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory guidelines affecting product stability evaluation.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stability study efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to assess degradation products, potency, and efficacy of formulations.
  • Analyze and interpret stability data to make data-driven recommendations on product shelf life.
  • Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory submissions related to product stability.
