You will work collaboratively with cross-functional business partners across the CPS network to understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities and help to deliver those opportunities with the support of DTS (IT) and the broader CPS Functional and CPS Operations teams. The position will support a range of automation initiatives and will be responsible for ensuring that each project delivers its anticipated value, balancing enterprise standards and site-specific needs.
We seek an individual who is adept at building collaborative relationships, has a deep understanding of EWM, Warehouse Automation and Warehousing processes and can lead projects in an agile manner to achieve our strategic goals.

- Design, develop, and support vendor-agnostic integration solutions (middleware, APIs, interfaces) that can be scaled and reused across sites.
- Work directly with individual sites to understand specific requirements, map processes, perform gap analysis, and adapt the standard solution to local conditions (phased rollouts, existing infrastructure, building constraints, operational differences, etc.).
- Facilitate requirements workshops with site operations, engineering, and IT teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Drive effective knowledge sharing and standardization across the network to accelerate future implementations and reduce duplication of effort.
- Collaborate with automation vendors, system integrators, and consultants to ensure solutions align with corporate standards and site requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of warehouse operations or engineering experience with focus on automation and integration
- Experience with SAP EWM, or other WMS systems
- Experience in monitoring and adopting emerging technology trends and implementing best practices to standardize and automate processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and project outcomes
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and influence parties within and outside the organization regarding policies, procedures, and practices
Key Skills and Competencies
- Solid technical understanding of systems integration, data flows, and interfaces between automation equipment and EWM.
- Strong project execution and delivery skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills — able to work effectively across networked teams and with site leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management at both technical and operational levels.
