Project Manager
- Drive the standardization and adoption of S&OP planning routines to increase forecast accuracy, improve service levels, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
- Provide insights and recommendations on supply chain capacity, capabilities, and investments to support Operating Unit growth and anticipate future demand.

- Proven ability to act as both content and execution owner for activities within scope: shaping solutions, challenging assumptions, and ensuring sustainable implementation in the field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience working with data, KPIs, and dashboards to diagnose issues, set priorities, and track impact, including translating insights into concrete actions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and translate supply chain topics into clear, actionable messages.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Up to 00–25% travel, subject to business needs.
