Position‑Related Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all products are shipped and received in full compliance with The Coca‑Cola Management System (TCCMS) and quality standards.
  • Process inbound and outbound loads in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Accurately prepare, process, and maintain all required shipping and receiving documentation, including pick tickets, adjustments, Bills of Lading, receiving documents, and checklists.
  • Document all product and material movements in a timely and accurate manner per established standards.
  • Update dock door assignments with actual shipment details to ensure real‑time accuracy.
  • Coordinate and direct drivers to maintain an efficient, organized, and continuous flow of trucks for loading and unloading.
  • Monitor load status throughout the day and proactively resolve or escalate potential issues to avoid delays.
  • Support physical inventory counts as required.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards across the facility.
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and compliance expectations under TCCMS.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School, General Education Diploma
  • Minimum one-year work experience in an industrial, utility or maintenance service environment preferred.
