Yard Jockey Lead

Position responsibilities:

The Yard Jockey Lead is responsible for loading straps, racks, and shippers onto truck during the loading process

You will assist with pallet building and unloading of trucks to maintain organization of pallets and shells

This role ensures that the hand trucks and tow motors are charged and put in their respective places for drivers as well as all DSD routes have a fully charged mule on trailer prior to leaving the dock

The Yard Jockey Lead maintains general cleanliness of the warehouse and yard and assists with replenishment of product in the warehouse
- The Yard Jockey Lead is responsible for Equipment Management – Ensuring equipment stays within DOT requirements.
- Assists in stability / communication between Warehouse and Transportation Departments
- The Yard Jockey Lead maintains Off-Site Trailer Storage
- The Yard Jockey Lead focus is on dual Yard Management

Pay Range:
$29.39 USD Hourly
