Manager, Brand Management
Role Purpose
The Brand Manager – Ireland plays a critical executional role in delivering locally relevant brand activation and supporting the growth of The CocaCola Company portfolio in Ireland. As a JG10 Manager, this individual contributes to the implementation of brand plans, consumer activation, local insights work, and inmarket execution — ensuring that global and regional brand strategies are effectively brought to life for Irish consumers.
This role is handson and requires strong collaboration with the local Irish network (Commercial, IMX, RGM, Shopper, Insights, Franchise/Bottler teams) to translate brand direction into highquality activation at national, customer, and community levels.
The Brand Manager supports the operational delivery of brand initiatives, coordinates local agencies, manages approved marketing materials, and ensures all activities are executed with discipline and relevance for the Irish market.
What You’ll Do for Us
Brand Execution & Local Activation
-
Support execution of brand plans and activation calendars for the Ireland market.

Localize and adapt approved global/OU assets to ensure relevance for Irish consumers and customers.

Assist with development of activation ideas across digital, social, experiential, instore, and customerspecific channels.

Ensure all brand experiences reflect the intended brand image and tone of voice.
Consumer, Cultural & Market Insight Support

Conduct basic market research and social listening to identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and consumer opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities and category dynamics in Ireland and share updates with the broader team.

Translate insights into recommended adjustments for brand activation.
Operational Brand Management
-
Manage the execution of approved brand materials, toolkits, and POS assets for Ireland, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Work with agencies to adapt creative assets, digital content, customer activation materials, and instore pointofsale.
-
Track activity performance and recommend improvements based on results and learnings.

Support brand budget tracking and PO processing when required.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
-
Partner closely with the Ireland local network:
• Commercial teams
• Shopper & Customer Marketing
• RGM
• IMX / Media
• Insights
• Supply Chain / Bottler teams

Support sellin materials, customer decks, and retailerspecific activation briefs.

Coordinate with bottler teams to execute activation campaigns across customer formats in Ireland.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track brand activation KPIs, including campaign engagement, sales impacts (with Commercial), and brand health indicators.

Prepare simple reports and summaries for the local marketing team.

Identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or consumer marketing (FMCG preferred).

Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel activation.

Experience working with agencies and crossfunctional teams.

Ability to interpret consumer research, basic data sources, and campaign analytics.

Good creative judgement with the ability to adapt global assets locally.

Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Selfmotivated, proactive, organized, and comfortable operating with limited supervision.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
