Junior Manager, Brand Management, NO/IS

Role Purpose 

The Junior Brand Manager – Norway supports the execution of brand and activation plans for the CocaCola portfolio in Norway. This earlycareer role focuses on handson brand activation, local asset adaptation, operational coordination, and executional excellence. The Junior Brand Manager works closely with the Director Marketing Norway, Brand Managers, Senior Brand Managers, and the local Norway network (Commercial, IMX, Shopper, RGM, and Bottler teams) to ensure timely, accurate, and culturally relevant brand activation in the Norwegian market.

What You’ll Do for Us 

Brand Execution & Local Activation 

  • Support the implementation of brand plans and activation calendars across Norway. 

  • Help adapt and deploy global/OU brand assets to ensure local cultural and consumer relevance. 

  • Assist in the execution of digital, social, experiential, and instore activations. 

  • Coordinate asset delivery, translations, materials, and internal approvals. 

Operational Brand Management 

  • Manage small operational tasks including tracking, distributing, and maintaining brand assets and POS materials. 

  • Support local creative adaptations, packaging changes (if applicable), and toolkit application. 

  • Assist in reviewing brand executions inmarket and gathering feedback for improvement. 

  • Support planning and logistics for local events, activations, and customer execution. 

Local Market & Insights Support 

  • Conduct simple desk research, social listening, and competitor monitoring to identify trends in Norway. 

  • Compile insight summaries and help prepare inputs for brand reviews, business meetings, and presentations. 

  • Monitor basic brand health indicators, category shifts, and consumer behaviours with guidance. 

CrossFunctional Collaboration 

  • Support collaboration with Norway’s local network teams 

  • Assist with preparing customer presentations, sellin decks, and meeting materials. 

Project Coordination & Administration 

  • Help maintain project timelines, trackers, and documentation for brand activities. 

  • Assist with purchase orders, invoice tracking, budget files, and administrative processes. 

  • Coordinate agency communication (creative, digital, production) under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 

  • 0–2 years of experience (internships or entrylevel roles in marketing or FMCG are a plus). 

  • Basic understanding of brand building and consumer marketing fundamentals. 

  • Strong interest in marketing, brands, and consumer culture in Norway. 

  • Good communication skills and comfort presenting and coordinating with others. 

  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks with strong attention to detail. 

  • Comfortable working with digital and social platforms. 

  • Willingness to collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, and bottler partners. 

  • Selfstarter with a proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong ambition to grow. 

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
