Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial performance through budget and P&L management, drive growth by achieving annual volume and market share goals, implement sales initiatives, lead a team, analyze execution gaps, develop customer growth strategies, engage with local store leaders, ensure compliance with CMAs, collaborate on improvement initiatives, and monitor market conditions as the Senior Manager, Market Execution
- Coach and train Sales Development Managers on best practices and execution strategies for effective market execution.
- Oversee budgets and P&L statements to ensure financial targets are met and resources are optimized for operational efficiency
- Deliver annual volume, profit, and market share growth plans in alignment with the Market Unit objectives
- Analyze execution gaps and develop action plans to enhance success metrics in collaboration with Distribution Center leadership teams
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to drive mutual growth and enhance overall customer relations
- Travel up to 50% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Pay Range:
$125385 – $156731 USD Annually
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
