Application Period: August 1 through August 15, 2025

Program Details: September 29th through November 7, 2025

Weekly Commitments: Every Friday, join interactive virtual sessions from 1:00 – 2:00 pm EST.

Onsite Experience: Conclude the program with a two-day experience at the Atlanta Headquarters on November 6-7, 2025.

Eligibility Requirements

Before applying, make sure you meet the following:

  • College Enrollment: Actively enrolled at an HBCU (Historically Black College or University)
  • Graduation Date: Graduation date after May 2027.
  • Major Alignment: Your major must align with the majors listed in the job description.
  • Work Authorization: U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability: Full participation weekly for the Friday sessions and the onsite Atlanta experience (November 6-7, 2025).
