To achieve global CEO's vision of Beverages for Life and to accelerate the growth of China, Coca Cola has created a new end-to-end division that will serve as a future growth engine. The purpose of the division is “to partner with nature, we will help the affluent Chinese consumers (approx. 260MM population) unleash a lifestyle of vitality and wellbeing”. The mission is to grow both the future billion-dollar brands and the new Gen leaders for the company. In line with significantly increased investment, NGP's goal is to double its business every year! By 2025, NGP will contribute to more than 1/3 of total incremental revenue.

The new growth portfolio will be consumer centric, futuristic and disruptive. It will focus on the most important consumer motivations and benefits such as Energy, Hydration and Nourishment. Of the 3 benefit platforms, Smartwater launch in Q1 2019 has been hand-picked by the leadership team as the #1 BIG BET of the entire division. Initial consumer qualitative work was done in Jan'18 which confirmed that there is an opportunity for Smartwater to disrupt the category by introducing a futuristic & smart way of living, starting with a different, modern and simply “smarter” approach of hydration and well-being.

Supervises a team of Product Marketing Para-professionals; may be involved in coordinating product marketing events for the group; assists in implementation of marketing plans and assists with product promotion to deliver business results. Leads/supervises a team of more than 2 para-professionals; typically without budget or hire-fire authority; focuses on mentoring and coordination.
