Job Description Summary:
- Coordinate “Incident Management & Crisis Resolution” (IMCR) process, in Japan as a command-centre, lead cross-functional Initial Analysis Team (IAT)/Incident Management Team (IMT) involving bottling partners and manage actions to the end to minimize risks and protect business/ corporate reputation. Report incidents and team recommendations to the president of Coca-Cola Japan & Management Committee (MC) members concerned and the Coca-Cola Headquarter IMCR team.
- Maintain and strengthen IMCR capability among all bottling partners in Japan.
- Coordinate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in Japan, manage the whole process and report to the Coca-Cola Headquarter ERM team.
- Coordinate update of Coca-Cola Japan Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Emergency planning (EP) for human safety.
