Job Description Summary:Brand Marketing manager for Affordability & Single serve strategy for the 6 markets of South Latin BU (SLBU), focusing on Coca-Cola but leading total portfolio vision.
• Define the path & vision of Affordability and Single serve big bets across business unit. Leading our portfolio choice.
• Making strategic decision on the brands vision to maximize short-term impact and increase the long-term value of the brands.
• Lead 10X approach for the Big Bets, including multifunctional & multi- business unit teams.
Brand Stewardship & Specifics for Coca-Cola: track trends and deliver long term categories and brand vision, size of prize, where to play, how to win & pipeline. Deliver human centered and business integrated platforms.
Lead Big Bets (affordability & single serve) comunication platform: performing assigned responsibilities including: vision, outcome, scope, support to prioritization and barriers removal whilst providing guidance, feedback, and fostering the Agile way of work across the Big Bet teams.
10X Vision development: Generate Returnable and single serve exponencial growth strategy link with consumers for the next 5 years.
System management: Lead the dialogue with local portfolio function, global & Lag Team on key topics. Identify and address marketing or brand related topics.
This position demands high interpersonal / communications skills to influence, negotiate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage projects of high complexity.
Autonomy to work, leading a Mktg team, member of an Agile Team based in SLBU, Focal cross-functional:
- Brand stewardship & brand vision.
- Process improvements - identify approach, implement changes
- Applied in identification of opportunities for brand and big bet growth
- Multi - stakeholder management in a multi-country environment.
Lead the strategy, development, platform and last mile for products launches.
Define and agree priorities. Facilitate collaboration. Provide support and coordination in work and projects assignment among the different functions of the marketing, portfolio, Latam, Global & Cross Functional (Age Organization) teams.
Cross functional management of a team of 4 portfolio managers @ 6 countries within SLBU.
Technical competencies required:
1. Marketing Strategy: brand strategy development and implementation
2. Agile methodology.
4. Innovation: CIF innovation process, market implementation
5. 10X mindset approach
6. Finance. Brand value chain, ROI analysis, NPV.
