Coca-Cola Services France recherche son stagiaire pour aider l'equipe RH dans la mise en place du projet de Protection des Donnees du personnel.
En conformite avec la nouvelle reglementation europeenne en matiere de RGPD (Reglement General sur la Protection des Donnees), il s'agira de mettre en place le projet de mise en conformite des donnees personnelles des salaries pour Coca-Cola France, et plus precisement :
• Pour mettre en evidence les dossiers a detruire et ceux a archiver, effectuer un controle des documents du personnel inactif, dans le respect des durees legales de conservation
• Digitaliser les documents devant etre conserves pour le personnel actif
• Maintenir le fichier de suivi d'avancement du projet
Competences requises :
- Sens de la confidentialite
- Francais et anglais
- Connaissance RH
- Proactivite
- Organisation
- Rigueur
Stage pour une duree de 1 a 2 mois.
Remuneration : 1250 euros brut/mois.

In accordance with the new European regulation on the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), it will be a question of setting up the project of compliance of the personal data of the employees for Coca-Cola France, and more precisely: To highlight the files to be destroyed and those to be archived, check the documents of the inactive personnel, in accordance with the legal retention periods. And to maintain the project progress tracking file.
