Incorporate a transformative and exponential vision to the IMC Key projects through an in-it-to win mentality entrepreneur with orientation to change, adding technological competences, strategic thinking, approaching each project with the 10x rule. All this, with the purpose of exponentiate the impact of our IMC Projects in line with our business needs.
Be a role model in driving collaboration with other departments and promoting the 5 core leadership behaviors.

Prioritized Responsibilities

  • 10X Digital Strategy: Develop de full year 10X Digital & Technology Strategy for SLBU, aligned with our LATAM and Global Strategy. Set down this Strategy into concrete digital & technology initiatives or solutions to exponentiate our IMC Programs connected with our main big bets.
  • Digital Partnerships: Develop alliances with Key Digital or Technology Partners to develop a competitive advantage and be one step ahead of our main competitors in using digital tools and solutions to achieve faster our business and brand targets.
  • Technology Innovation & integration: Search for digital and technology innovations. Explore different solutions or data applications to learn and adjust in order to find new ways of exponentiate our IMC Programs. Incorporate new 10X elements to our IMC value proposition: Brand Purpose, Personalization and experiences. Integration with the e-commerce team to power our data base and boost our digital initiatives.   
  • Digital Assets Evolution: In line with the purpose of this new job, lead the evolution of our two main Digital Assets: “For Me” and “S.I.C.”. Evolve “For Me” to work exclusively as a loyalty and transaction Platform. Also evolve “S.I.C.” (Stakeholders Interaction Center) to “G.I.C.” (Grow Information Center) as a data warehouse that will integrate all our isolated databases into one unified Consumer Database System (CDS) that will provide as of different information solutions.

PROBLEMS THIS JOB MUST SOLVE:

  • Bring new digital and technology solutions to exponentiate IMC Programs and influence key stakeholders to invest (time & DME) in trying these new ways of doing Marketing (Data Analytics).
  • This job is a subject matter expert in digital and technology solutions. Its impact is on exponentiate the IMC Programs to achieve faster our business and brands targets.
  • This job must influence the IMC and Portfolio Managers to convince them to try and learn from these new solutions.
  • Develop new disruptive digital and technology solutions.
  • Responsibility of 2 KO direct reports (10X Manager and CRC manager) and 1 External headcount dedicated full-time to our 2 digital assets: “For Me” and “G.I.C.”
