This position will be responsible for designing and creating spend reports and sourcing insights to support savings initiatives, sourcing negotiations, purchasing policy compliance and tracking cash flow benefits.  Develop structure to harmonize and cleanse transactional data from SAP (ECC, Ariba, S4 Hana) to SQL, Access and Excel to be able to categorize spend using taxonomy structure to meet various business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model and tool design including the development of complex databases
  • Improve analytics capabilities and apply best practices.
  • Creation and implementation of tools (creates models using SQL, Access, Excel or intranet front-ends) to facilitate processes or deliver information more efficiently.
  • Model and tool design including the development of complex databases for
  • Project manage decommissioning of legacy spend tools (i.e. Zycus) and transition to SAP Ariba
  • Provide support for spend and operational decisions through actionable insights and fact-based analysis
  • Develop and publish KPI's and spend report
  • Collaborate across all sourcing and operating functions to comply to TCCC SSP 5.1 payment term of 120 days
  • Simplify and streamline processes to provide better reporting and analytics, and enable informed and faster decision making
  • Lead change management, communication and end user training

Education Requirement:

  • Business or technical degree

Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years

Technical Skills:

  • SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP BW, SQVI, Zycus, SQL, Advanced Excel and Tracking Tools.  SAP Ariba preferred.

Functional Experience:

  • Vendor Master, Material Master, Data Warehouse, Data Analytics, Taxonomy, Spend Analytics, Design Reports.  Procure to Pay Operational experience preferred.
