Job Description Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Fully deploy shopper insights to develop practical in-store activation principle and initiatives to engine core channels growth

  • Drive quality execution of national POS according to brand activation calendar and OBM materials
  • Identify OBPPC opportunity and develop holistic solutions to activate relevant portfolio in core channels
  • Develop local execution plan to implement national programs and closely monitor the performance

Explore and pilot new opportunities

  • Identify significant unexploited commercial opportunities and understand key drivers through collaboration with region insight team
  • Initiate proposals and mobilize pilot plan to capture local opportunities
  • Evaluate test results and summarize key learnings for continuous development

Consistently build commercial execution capability

  • Engage with bottlers to take corrective actions to address the key implication from INE report
  • Partner with bottlers to enhance E&D and Rural RTM development
  • Share system best practice and drive replication actions
  • Support internal commercial capability building

Senior franchise commercial manager, who has the capability and authority to identify, align and implement commercial strategy and plans with his/her bottling partner

Knowledge , Experience & Attributes:

  • Relevant experience of  8+ years, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Solid knowledge of Shopper Marketing and sales operation
  • Strong analysis and interpretation of business insights
  • Knowledge of business planning and finance ( VC )
  • Influencing and leadership
  • Pro-active, open minded, analytical & strategic thinking, highly adaptable

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or above
