Job Description Summary:

The role involves full project management and integration of HR systems implementations (Time and Attendance, Payroll, Coke One and SuccessFactors) across BIG. The role also governs HR process management methodology (HR systems and Process reviews, demand management) and supports the HR Shared Services Director in Shared Services Deployment.


1.) Project Management for deployment of New Systems and Tools

  • Liaise between project team to create cohesive project plan
  • Lead project team to finalize technical specification documents and provide innovative solutions to business issues to be built in the system
  • Lead project team to finalize infrastructure design across BIG markets in cost effective way
  • Ensures internal controls are embedded in functional specifications and technology designs
  • Lead technical working groups/project management teams to ensure deliverables and milestones are met
  • Serve as primary contact for stakeholders for project related questions
  • Interfacing with other application project teams as the subject matter expert
  • Track and monitor project status regularly to ensure that deliverables are completed as scheduled
  • Drives communication and engagement with executive sponsors, project sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met, progress updates are timely
  • Lead and drive all change management activities
  • Lead and guide project team in the identification, troubleshooting and resolution of all business, data or technical related issues
  • Maintain complete and current project documentations
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to ensure smooth delivery of project
  • Responsible for resource management and ensuring that the content teams have access to required external skills or capabilities
  • Identifies learning and applies these in succeeding implementations
  • Provides a forward-looking vision when designing functional specifications to maintain flexibility and future integration opportunities.
  • Ensures transition to business operations to sustain the system through setting up of support model and documentation of SOPs

2.) Global HR Process Management

  • Alignment and deployment to process teams the design and implementation of process management and improvement framework and helps build local process management and improvement capability
  • Drive end-to-end HR Process and System Review Workshops
  • Drive process discussions for SFSF deployments and Shared Services
  • Identify business process issues and provide innovative solutions to support optimisation of local operations
  • Maintain global HR process and best practice documentation
  • Facilitate the sharing of global best practices - work with COEs to do this
  • Support/contribute to HR Transformation Programs and other Projects as assigned by managers
  • Drive definition of local Support Management model
  • Demand Management - review all change requests and ensure full implementation of changes

3.) Lead and drive maximized utilisation of HR Coke One/Coke One Lite in bottlers

  • Ensures that applications/systems comply with simplification methodologies and re-application of best practices
  • Provides a forward-looking vision when designing functional specifications to maintain flexibility and future integration opportunities.
  • Ensure data governance -  through standard fields and definitions
  • Guides local bottlers in ensuring data cleanliness through data clean up strategies and data maintenance processes
  • Ensure maximization of the Coke One/Coke One Lite systems prior to deployment of Success Factors.

4.) Administer and report on WPR complaints as they occur across BIG

5.) Design, lead and administer BIG HR SharePoint

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree

Related Experience

  • 3-5 years in HR
  • 3-5 years in handling or is part of HR work stream
  • 2-3 years in running small projects
