Job Description Summary:

Responsible for developing global vending strategies; partners with customers to determine consumption equipment needed to meet marketing needs and revenue targets; makes recommendations. Manages within a nominated sub-function or related sub-functions; typically a highly experienced manager who is accountable for budget, policy recommendations and medium-term planning; decisions tend to be more tactical at the country level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business model development project
  • Lead equipment development strategy and work with R&D
  • Lead product development Strategy and work with R&D Lead RTM Strategy and implement through CCBJI
  • Lead Japan System to introduce global platforms, e.g. Costa Express
  • Co-lead optimization of cost-to-serve of legacy business with bottlers
