Ensure business results and alignment with Andina Argentina and Paraguay. Oversee operations in the territory supervising all Operations related issues across the franchise. Lead and coordinate Operations across both territories [Andina Argentina and Andina Paraguay], including Franchise Leaders, Marketing and Finance Operations, technical area. Both within KO and with BO. Lead strategic, operational and commercial projects impacting South Latin East as a whole (RGM2.0, Argentina 2030,new business integration)
  • Priority 1 - Lead Andina Argentina turnarround and transformation including relationship and alignment with BO GM. Ensure results delivery, investments, organizational development and capabilities needed to prepare for future growth.
  • Priority 2 - Oversee operations in Andina Argentina and Paraguay, with formal day to day supervision of Andina´s Franchise Sr Managers, as well as Planning Lead, Finance Lead, Marketing Lead.
  • Priority 3 - Lead strategic, operational and commercial projects impacting South Latiun East as a whole (RGM 2.0, Argentina 2030-2X, strategic vision, new business and distribution models integration), comercial capability turnarround,
  • Priority 4 - Lead SLE Frontline Cell organization through key processes, including annual BP, Agile@Franchise implementation including BO-KO integarted teams, monthly business management routines and operating routines. Additionally, act in representation of Country Manager when needed.
