The ideal candidate will have full ownership of the development, process & transformation of new & legacy data platform(s) for Coca-Cola North America's Revenue Management (RGM) capability, focusing on trade spend (dollars spent on retail execution.) You will be responsible for the integration of multiple sources (shopper card, syndicated, internal sales, geo-spatial) of data into a single accessible environment, along with the process and quality controls that support the environment. This position will also support internal clients and for ad hoc use case scenarios through analytic and subject matter knowledge. Ideal candidate is very data-centric, however understands the full Insight Development Cycle (Data Acquisition & Transformation- Analytics-Reporting.) Additionally, we are looking for candidates that are team oriented and enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data heavy professional who is looking to develop their business application acumen.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the overall strategy/design/documentation for current (Event Library, CPO-Data Lake) data warehouses, including the technical, architectural, functional and risk elements.
  • Ownership of data hierarchy and applicable mapping
  • Position data elements for analysis through joining, aggregation, transformation, etc… large volumes of data in AWS cloud environment.
  • Ownership of all process flow (acquisition/ingestion/transformation/imputation/ETL/etc.…) and necessary documentation
  • Partner closely with Insights and Analytics constituents to understand business requirements, inform of risks/issues, influence the design and implementation for insights deployment.
  • Monitor data environment accuracy by performing regular validation tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features.
  • Explore & integrate new data sources & metrics to enhance value of existing platforms
  • Develop expertise on the value and issues of our raw data sources (dimensions & metrics) and derived dimensions & metrics (e.g. segmentation, ROI, etc…)
  • Develop subject matter Revenue Management expertise (channel/retailer universe, retail strategy)
  • Provide on demand ETL processing for analytic models & platforms
  • Provide visual & verbal interpretation of analysis to senior leadership
  • Develop subject matter Revenue Management expertise (channel/retailer universe, retail strategy)
  • Subject matter expertise on data sources and variability. Examples include Syndicated (Nielsen, IRI, etc…), Consumer/Shopper Card, Geo-Spatial, Internal and Qualitative sources.
  • Lead internal/external supplier relationships to ensure data continuity and accuracy


  • 7+ years in working with multiple large data sources
  • Expert ability to query, align & join structure large datasets from multiple sources in cloud environments
  • Expert knowledge of data mining language(s) (e.g. SQL, Python, R, etc…)
  • Advanced ability to work with both structured & unstructured data.
  • Ability to simplify complexity to engage your audience.
  • Knowledge of downstream analytics & data applications (regression, supervised/unsupervised machine learning, etc.…)
  • Ability to quickly learn and develop business knowledge to provide RGM subject matter expertise
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Establishing data quality reporting (and underlying logic)
  • Preferred: Score carding & dashboarding data quality using visual analytic platform(s)
  • Preferred: CPG and syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, shopper card)


  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or related field
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or related field - Preferred
