Job Description Summary:

This role will be responsible for the overall development of the E&D channel and On-premise Other channel which are the two largest channels in the region. The person will be responsible for developing channel growth strategies and execution plan in collaboration with our bottler, CCB.
This role will also be responsible for leading the CSS and RTM agenda for the region

Channel development

Drive revenue growth of E&D channel (DSD and EDP managed) by stewarding business performance; providing thought leadership, best practices, and pilot programs in collaboration with the bottler, monitoring and tracking overall business performance and providing regular update as well as recommendation on course-correction programs when needed to bottler and relevant functions throughout the process. 

Shopper marketing

Lead the development and execution of segmented Picture of Success for E&D and OPO leveraging relevant shopper insights, customer insights and merchandising tools. 

Route to Market

Provide thought leadership to CCB to further optimize CSS and RTM models, tools and process to drive quality distribution and execution of our brands in-store in a cost efficient and effective way.
