This role is responsible for supporting The Coca-Cola Company's procurement operations processes in their region, including day-to-day support, training facilitation and development, and process improvement of the Company's systems. This role will work in collaboration with Managed Service Provider (MSP) resources executing operational activities in their region, acting as a liaison between the MSP and regional business users. This role will have oversight of a matrix organization of 20-30 MSP resources. Additionally, this role will be required to participate in procurement operations capabilities enablement initiatives. Will be liaising with senior leaders in their region on any matters relating to effectiveness of Procure Operations and trouble shoot high priority issues to ensure supply continuity.
Oversee day-to-day procurement operations service delivery in local region. Activities include:
Monitoring system functionality and resolving any issues to minimize business interruption and ensure supply continuity
Responding to escalated inquiries/issues from internal stakeholders and/or vendors
Liaison with senior leaders in their region on any matters relating to Procurement Operations and trouble shoot high priority issues to ensure supply continuity
Facilitate and escalate to Business Unit leadership of any delay in good receipts
Ensure regional processes executed by Managed Service Provider maintain a strong internal control environment
Drive and monitor SPP5.1 policy compliance
Manage performance of regional MSP resources. Activities include:
Providing regional context/information on adapted policies or processes to MSP
Responding to queries from MSP
Monitoring local MSP performance according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and raising any concerns to Senior Manager of Procurement Operations for review
Provide oversight of matrix organization of 20-30 MSP resources
Act as regional subject matter expert on the procurement operations' policies, processes, and systems. Activities include:
Coordinating with MSP on training for business users/stakeholders on procurement operations systems in order to drive compliance with our Company's policies
Communicating regional adjustments to internal policies to address local business user needs while maintaining adherence to global standards
Assist with Systems fixes, upgrade testing and preparations
Act as local procurement operations representative to broader business. Activities include:
Soliciting feedback from local business users to channel upward for consideration in efforts to drive improvements to systems user experience
Facilitating communication between local MSP resources and broader business owners to resolve any issues in service delivery that may arise
What you need to be successful
5+ years of working experience
Proven track record in managing supply issues working across suppliers, senior leadership and sourcing managers to mitigate supply continuity
Experience in data collection methods. Must be able to analyze key procurement metrics to report results to senior management
Knowledge of/experience with operating environments, systems, and processes used in solution design and develop efforts.
Experience in managing large matrix organization
Multilingual: local language and English
In -depth functional experience with SAP Ariba preferred
