Job Objective:
Supporting Coca-Cola China COO (Responsible for Franchise, Customer and Commercial Leadership) in all activities associated with the efficient and effective running of the operations, including organizational planning; financial performance and resource allocation; Bottler and employee interactions. Will participate in and lead multiple cross functional project teams and interact extensively with the GC&K BU Leadership Team, senior leaders throughout the Company (across business groups and functions) and key external constituents of the Company.

Work with and assist all parties critical to the achievement of Operations VP objectives; consult on business issues and negotiations; advise on and implement actions as required; develop recommendations on alternative courses of action when necessary.
Take leadership in the effective and efficient operation of COO Office. Develop office protocols to maximize the effectiveness of the office administration processes. Oversee sensitive and confidential communication and the balancing of administrative workloads, processes, and follow up.
Manage / lead cross functional project teams as required by the COO.
Manage the annual budget of office of the Operations and analysis certain expenses and capital items.
Identify emerging trends that need to be recognized and motivated or discouraged and remedied.
Represent the Operations Leadership Team as appropriate. This responsibility includes attending meetings, maintaining good relationships with various organizations, and hosting functions, welcoming and addressing various constituents on behalf of China COO.
