The Financial Services Manager III, Planning & Cost Analytics role has the following as its major functions:
- Responsible for financial management and deep analysis on Cost of Goods Sold rates in the Annual Business Plan and Rolling Estimate for ~$5B spend annually.
- Primary Business Plan Lead to Supply Chain Finance, CCNA Finance Leadership and Business Unit Key Stakeholders (customer facing role).
- Provide in-depth financial insight into cost changes and key drivers to business unit (analyze and explain to leadership cost drivers, innovation impacts, walk-forwards, etc…)
- Partnering with Manufacturing, Procurement & Transportation finance team and closely collaborating with the SC teams in the overall development of business plan assumptions and identifying risks & opportunities.
- Responsible for the development of the CCNA US and Canada organization standard cost of goods sold and national labor and overhead (LOH) rates
- Provide analytics to volume/mix/rate analysis and assess innovation cost impacts to the business as well as provide insights to COGS trends
- Key business partner to the business unit Finance leadership, CCNA Strategy leadership and VP of Supply Chain.
- Instrumental in the development of new business planning tool, refinement of existing Cost Analytics Planning System (CAPS), and the integration with other Supply Chain systems/tools
- Develop a process to track and develop charge out model and process for Productivity Initiatives & Design-to-Value (Dtv) savings
- People leader of two (2) Finance Managers
1. Business Planning Process & Stewardship (50%)
- Lead the entire process in the development of cost of goods standards for both US and Canada, working closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Transportation, Tampa Cost Accounting and Productivity COE teams to gain critical budget assumptions and innovation impacts
- Mapping out and scheduling the internal requirements for Supply Chain finance
- Provide analysis to cost changes (volume/mix/rate), RE cost variances to the national standard rates and the financial impacts and walkforwards to the CCNA organization as well as individual business units
- Validation and review of input cost assumptions:
- Commodities raw materials - understand and review YOY cost changes and key drivers
- Transportation freight rate analysis and comparison
- Mfg LOH rate analysis & comparison
- SAP Standard validation support
2. Forecasting Support (15%)
- Analysis of monthly RE cost changes and allocation of variances at the national package level (material, brand package, major brand level)
- Branding variance allocations at the national package level
- Analyze and explain cost change impact to each business unit P&Ls and review monthly with key BU stakeholders
- Downhill cost of goods sold rate forecast and volume/mix/rate analysis
3. Productivity & Designed-To-Value Savings tracking and financial assessment and rate development to national package to Business Units (20%)
- Oversee the tracking of savings driven by key business initiatives and Designed-To-Value Savings
- Assess the financial impact to the business unit rates
- Develop rate savings and communicate with key stakeholders
4. Rate development of innovation/integrations of new businesses into the CCNA Supply Chain organization (ad hoc)
- Assess how costs will be derived
- Gather costs assumptions and develop new standard rate
- Cost analysis/comparison of new standard rates to value chain assumptions
5. Manage business planning tools (5%)
- Continued support & refinement of existing Cost Analytics Planning System (CAPS)
- Lead development of new business planning tool and integration with other Supply Chain systems/tools
6. Lead a team of two with focus on all of the above and in addition to the following (10%):
- Master data refresh and validation in CAPS tool
- CAPS Costed BOM roll
- CAPS BOM Validation vs SAP Standard
- Inventory write-off management, tracking and reporting
- SAP standards validation
7+ years of experience in a related field
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

d) Proficient in use of Excel and database work
e) Knowledge of systems (P08, FDW, BPC)
a) Ability to identify & understand patterns & interconnectivity of relevant data in order to predict business performance & market trends.
Bottler Operations and Economics - Preferred but not required
a) Knowledge of the system, business, organization, functions, operational and/or financial processes.
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Knowledge of international, US or local GAAP. This includes the ability to apply these principles & determine compliance with the principles.
