Job Description Summary:

The Global Reporting Lead role is responsible for supporting and deploying the reporting functionality within the ERP solution and corresponding Business Process designs for the Global Supply Chain operations (CPS, CCNA, and any additional businesses currently operating on P08 or other supporting systems).

Function Specific Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  •        The role will work closely with CCNA and CPS supply chain team to understand the ERP program functionalities, systems that need to be incorporated to the program or interfaces to be built as it relates to reporting functionality.
  •        The role is will provide key inputs for Process and Solution design, testing, training, and implementation at all CCNA, CPS, and relevant BU facilities.
  •        Support the collaborative design and execution of cross-functional business processes across Global Supply Chain networks from their functional perspective.
  •        Thought leader of associates and bottler personnel who do not directly report to candidate. 
  •        Lead the strategic alignment of the reporting workstream across functional teams and business readiness for the change. Provide key input to standardization, design, and execution and successful transition to the new environment
  •        The role will assist in the design and execution of fully integrated SAP systems and business process across CCNA/CPS Supply Chain networks.  This works includes testing, training, deployment and hyper care supporting all CCNA/CPS Plants and related operations.
  •        The role provides key input to design and execution and successful transition to the new environment
  •        This role will lead testing and training activities across their workstream

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Supply Chain operations with an emphasis in reporting functionality
  • Experience with a Full Cycle SAP Implementation
  • Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

Years of Experience:

  • 5-7 years of diversified business process and operational knowledge
