Job Description Summary:

For several years, the Global Customers Leadership group has been in charge of building an international collaboration with key customers such as Carrefour, Auchan, Tesco……..
This collaboration is built on a 360° vision : commercial, digital, shopper marketing, supply chain.
Year after year the group has been working on a much better way of using data: shoppers' data, sell-out data, data accuracy and levels of granularity…
Customer logistics specifically focus on improving end-to-end efficiency and on shelf availability so that it becomes easier to better serve our clients for the optimal costs

The key enablers to work on these objectives will be:
? supply chain end-to-end costs (including in store replenishment)
? OOS follow ups
? Consumer price follow up, and mix management
? Store data mining at sku level.
? Translation of all new efficiencies into additional margin and cash

These indicators are about :
? cash (generated thanks to beverages category and specifically by KO products), GMROI and free cash flow
? net margin approach per sku at different levels of granularity and value creation (mass margin)
? on shelf availability /
