Un contrat en alternance Laboratoire H/F Niveau Bac +3 a 5

Duree de 1 an

 Au sein de notre equipe Juice Quality Center, Midi JQC lab, accredite ISO 17025, vous serez charge(e) de la realisation des missions suivantes dans le cadre de l'analyse physico-chimiques des ingredients entrant dans la composition des jus de fruits ou de preparation de boissons concentrees :

-        Integrer les procedures du laboratoire qui est accredite ISO 17025

-        Vous former aux techniques analytiques du laboratoire (chromatographies liquide, gazeuse et ionique, spectroscopie UV etc..).

-        Controler, preparer les outils et consommables analytiques

-        Preparer des echantillons

-        Effectuer les analyses

-        Interpreter et enregistrer les resultats

-        Participer aux activites de fonctionnement du laboratoire

-        Realiser des tests/optimisation de methode(s) 

-        Rediger differents protocoles/rapports (etude, validation, …)

-        Creer et mettre a jour des bases de donnees internes

Pour cette mission, vous maitrisez l'anglais, faites preuve de rigueur, d'autonomie et avez un sens developpe du travail en equipe. Une premiere experience au sein d'un laboratoire d'analyses physico-chimiques en industries agroalimentaires, cosmetiques ou pharmaceutiques serait un plus.
