It is projected by 2020 China will become the largest theme park market. The forecast is still on track, especially with Universal Beijing and Six Flags Haiyan due to open around that time, and many other projects still in pipeline. In order to support our System's vision to be the leading IC player by 2020 as aligned in our IC KA Evolution, this Account Director, Entertainment role in CCMG IC team will be responsible for the following three major roles:
1. Manage and lead customer management on behalf of the System for CCMG customers in the Theme Park and Hotel channel, which has great potential to build brand loyalty and cause enormous brand impact to the Coca-Cola system.
i. Scope of customers will include: a) Global Theme park (Universal/ Merlin/Six Flags) and Local players (Chimlong/ Fantawild) b) Park resort and Global Chained hotel
ii. At the same time, the type of customers that this role will manage will also cover a) Top customers currently under competitive beverage supply or which are “dry” outlets (which our objective is to convert / acquire the partnership)
2. As a key winning enabler to win in Entertainment channel, this role will be responsible to build world-class theme park customer marketing capability within CCMG IC team and support to coordinate/ apply BU marketing resource at large (be our theme park customer “champion” in China Coke System)3. Support the Group Account Director on IC Evolution Project work and directly lead the work stream on Equipment innovation, i.e. working with cross functions and system (including marketing, R&D, SCMC, bottlers, franchises) to map out and develop next generation fountain equipment, solution on still beverages, or unmanned serviced machine. Projects that this role will immediately take on will include:
i. Tea tower development (Brew tea and fusion tea) ii. Smart tower 2.0 iii. China FCB strategy iv. New beverage fountain dev
