Job Description Summary
Generate desire towards our brands and support the delivery of CCJC business objectives through;
a) Managing and activating our celebrity and music assets; assessment and selection, contract, activation in our ads and experiential programs.
b) Designing and executing experiential programs within total brand campaign IMC.
Derive optimal value and ROI from effective management of our asset portfolio and leveraging productive working relationships with the asset / experiential industry, agencies, and working closely with IMC teams, Brand teams, Commercial, Region and Olympic teams.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, assess, and propose best celebrity and music asset for the brand / company, based on Global / CCJC asset strategy.  Negotiate and manage the contracts.
  • Develop, manage and execute asset activation / experiential plan, within brand IMC campaign and beyond. 
  • Manage total IMC campaign development as project leader on selected campaigns.  Gain necessary input, consult and approval across Marketing, Commercial, Olympic teams on the plans. 
  • Lead the effective review of the assets and experiential programs, to ensure their full potential is realized and implement indicated actions.
