We are looking for a Senior Creative Excellence Manager who will shape communication ideas, strategies and plans for the company through creative brief/strategy development, Integrated communications planning, core creative development and content creation and effective project management.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1.) Lead creative development process on selected initiatves, &/or strongly support line manager in other key initiatives: Help co-create clear and inspirational briefs, ensuring that the best talent in the agency is engaged in our business and inspired to deliver ground breaking ideas against the brief
2. )Strongly support line manager in ensuring best in class content development, in partnership with connection planning and brand marketing: Help to craft, refine and validate consumer insights, strategic briefs, and Core Creative Ideas, which will further evolve to become the central creative theme of all integrated marketing communications (content-create). Help lead and protect the CCI throughout the development, execution and production of campaign assets. In partnership with brand marketing & connection planning, assist in influencing the system towards the creative vision set out by department head &/or line manager. Engage with, influence and inspire other cross-function teams (e.g. trade marketing, research, bottlers, etc) to understand and then provide the best solution in the creative to deliver business plan. Lead creative development process on selected initiatves, &/or strongly support line manager in other key initiatives. Help co-create clear and inspirational briefs, ensuring that the best talent in the agency is engaged in our business and inspired to deliver ground breaking ideas against the brief
3.) Develop and manage strong capability in agency management: Agency alignment and building powerful agency partnerships. Have a full control of the creative agency management to have consistency and efficiency such as, 1)lead agency selection 2) VBC and Agency evaluation 3)production cost review and negotiation
4.)Effective project management : Ensure quality content are aligned and delivered to the system on time, and as efficiently as possible
- relevant working experience in marketing communications at FMCG or agencies
- 5-10 years of experience
- University Degree
