Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to serve as a client liaison supporting workplace-related initiates after strategy is defined by the Sr. Regional Leader and Group/Business Unit leadership. The role serves as primary interface with corporate customers and the My Workplace team serving as both the customer voice and the voice of My Workplace. Customer focused, this role helps guide local leaders through the process for creating new workplaces, answers key questions and serves as a mitigatory when issues or concerns are shared.


Prioritized Responsibilities

  • Serves as the customer liaison on key projects guiding customers through the decision-making process by scheduling key meetings, documenting materials for decisions and working with the My Workplace team to produce the needed materials for each step in the process. Works closely with both the My Workplace team and the America's program managers to document decisions for leadership approval before handing off to the program manager for execution. 
  • Serves as the customer lead when issues are escalated for resolution. Works with all parties including My Workplace functional leads to create solutions for the customer while maintaining company standards and guidelines. Escalates situations where solutions are proving difficult to the Sr Regional Leader for executive response and involvement.
  • Coordinates input and generates reports for both monthly and quarterly business reviews with Group/BU leadership.  This includes working with the program managers, KI teams and corporate real estate along with My Workplace functional leads to showcase results and inform about key upcoming decisions. 
  • Support key steering committees for major projects by developing agendas, leading meetings, bringing consensus on key decisions and supporting the My Workplace process for helping projects to completion.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university.
  • 5+ years' experience in Relationship Management
  • 5+ years' experience Corporate Real Estate in multiple locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • 5 years' experience in supplier management
  • 5 years' experience in project management
  • 5+ years' experience in Corporate Real Estate
  • International and/or Multi-national organization experience, desired
  • Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or Facilities Management preferred.
