Job Description Summary:
Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for the definition, design, and build of solutions that drive business growth and productivity. The Architect works closely with all team members providing Salesforce subject matter expertise and solutions to the most challenging software development tasks. An effective Solution Architect has a broad range of technical knowledge and will deliver services across multiple projects, as well as providing technical leadership across the organization. The purpose of the role is to design IT solutions that meet the needs of the business following the Coca-Cola IT Architecture and Standards.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the IT field, at least 3 years on IT architecture role.
- Solid experience as solution and platform architect, providing technical leadership and guidance designing enterprise software.
- Experience supporting continued maintenance of a Salesforce implementation, designing and implementing change requests and new features as requested by the business.
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum / DevOps development methodology.
- Experience working in a multinational, distributed team, with in-house and external delivery resources.
- Practical experience with as many of the following as possible:

- Presentation skills: Ability to communicate technical topics to business audience.
