Job Description Summary

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for a suite of projects and clients including vision/strategy, delivery, and operations. The products support The Coca-Cola Company's Marketing, Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability business functions. This position requires experience in delivery of digital solutions primarily Web, Web Content Management, Web based applications, and general digital experiences. Experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud is ideal.

Function Specific Activities:

Required Experience:

  • Experience in delivering digital solutions using Agile methodologies
  • leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units
  • Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, internal users, customers and partners to gather feedback on the products to be used for continuous improvement efforts.
  • Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, sponsors 
  • Collaborate with business and IT leadership to develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Contribute thought leadership to introduce innovative digital solutions
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
  • 7+ years of experience delivering digital solutions
  • English - Fluent/native

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS, Communications, Public Affairs, or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and scale solutions globally is required.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and the Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • 10+ years of experience delivering digital solutions
  • Experience working in multicultural environments. 
  • Agile certification strongly preferred
  • Scrum experience strongly preferred

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
  • Manage project scope and changes solutions are standardized, globally scalable, and flexible to individual market needs
  • Practice and advocate for Agile methodologies to deliver innovative technology solutions
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
