Job Description Summary
Support Industrial Operations in the manufacture and distribution of water and related products that meet the quality criteria established by the Company. This position embraces a number of different duties and responsibilities in which the incumbent is directly responsible for the quality produced as well as meeting daily production targets. Incumbent is responsible for the efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

  • Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently. Responsible for startup, operation, change over, shut down and preventive maintenance of designed production equipment. Position assignments may include, but not limited to, operating production line equipment, forklifts or other power equipment. Change over production equipment from one bottle size to another.
  • Perform manual task as assigned.  Assignments may include, but not limited to, loading cap hoppers, supplying other production line items, reworking product as necessary and loading conveyors with bottles.
  • Verify accuracy of work and complete all necessary and required paperwork (i.e.: QA checks, verification of put-away sheets).
  • Provide general plant and facility clean up including, but not limited to production line clean up and sanitizing, landscape maintenance, minor facility painting and warehouse sanitation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ensure effective application of The Coca Cola Management System in order to ensure product quality and food safety as defined by Company requirements.


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year work experience in an industrial, utility or maintenance service environment preferred.

Technical Knowledge/Critical Skills:

  • Must be a certified power equipment operator for forklifts and manlifts, or able to obtain certification within a reasonable length of time after entering the job.
  • Read, write, and comprehend English
  • Able to maintain accurate, legible and complete records.
  • Knowledge of the basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a manufacturing environment and the ability to apply them.
  • Able to successfully pass the AON Assessment Test

Job Characteristics

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to move throughout the plant including around machinery, under conveyors and climb stairs and ladders. Position requires frequent walking, stooping, bending, twisting and ability to stand for up to 12 hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height. Full capability to see, tastes, and smell product.
