Job Description Summary

The CCNA IT Program Manager - Finance Controller's Group role will be responsible for building and sustaining strong partnerships with senior level Finance business clients, will play a pivotal role in guiding/determining the IT needs within the organization, will identify new technology solutions, and will develop and support these solutions in partnership with CCNA Finance, other CCNA IT associates, and Global IT. This role will support the CCNA Controller's group within Finance.
• A strong background in technical program/project management and project co-ordination of large projects with a lot of cross-functional resources is a must. The candidate must have proven skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers/clients.
• Expertise in managing SAP technical and functional teams
• Business expertise in the areas accounting, controlling, planning

Function Specific Activities:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Management Knowledge: Utilizes tools and standard project management process to develop schedules, budgets, resource plans. In depth understanding of MS Project, System Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, etc. Performs inspections/audits to ensure that proper procedures are followed.
  • Project Management Execution: Independently manages multiple and or highly complex projects, across multiple initiatives with varying time horizons. Projects will have an impact far beyond their immediate objective and require advanced critical path management. Identifies risks and is accountable for delivering the finished product.
  • Resource Planning: Manages shared resources across complete projects and ensures timing and availability of resources are in place for project success.
  • Comprehensiveness: Monitors, inspects, and/or manages medium to large complex programs/ projects for completeness, compatibility, compliance with engineering principles and design needs and standards. Monitors budgets and/or schedules.
  • Technical Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all Technical Functions, Marketing, Suppliers, and Bottling partners.
  • Change Management: Ability to identify and resolve project/program changes. Develops, communicates, and defends moderately complex programs/projects. Ensures program/project stays within budget and/or schedule.
  • Providing cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end to end process and understand how it fits together
  • Leading and facilitating design workshops, assessments, and planning sessions
  • Communicating with executives and clients on both the business and IT side
  • Championing continuous improvement, driving inefficiencies out of implemented processes and solutions
  • Maneuvering through complex and political organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Proving technology and architectural leadership, strategic direction and long-term vision for the SAP investment; inspiring creative solutions for maximizing the value contribution of that investment
  • Defining and promoting enterprise architecture standards and strategies
  • Providing recommendations on the strategic direction and roadmap for the use and implementation of SAP applications, as well as integrated third party systems


  • Bachelor's Degree (with emphasis on Engineering, Computer Science, or Process Engineering).  Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.


  • 7+ years' experience in project management
  • 5+ years' experience in the practice of solution design, development and delivery according to a product development life cycle in a team environment
  • 3+ years' experience with SAP Hana
