Job Description Summary:

Lead implementation of short & long term strategic approaches for Commercial Execution Excellence in CBL territory in order to win profitable volume growth, higher product penetration/incidence, and best-in-class execution based on clear understanding of status que, opportunity and priority as well as competitive landscape, well establish system execution excellence culture.

Responsible for CBL Franchise Execution Improvement by INE in-depth analytics and planning ; facilitate RED evolution to enable faster capability increase. Build Cold Drink culture and boost CDE infrastructure expansion, cultivate system cold drink capability and lead innovative operation solution
  • Collaborate with BU team to design a strategic roadmap of execution excellence based on understanding of sales force & system understanding with the input of key stakeholders

  • Work with Franchise Operation function and Bottler(CBL) to conduct RED(CEA) design , planning and well enable local implementation

  • Collaborate with internal & external cross functional teams (MCCL Commercial, Bottler) to develop a system integrated approach to best-in-class execution

  • Lead CBL Franchise planning and implementation of CDE and drive initiatives of asset management, productivity increase and collaborate in system wide to drive future CDE placement and execution evolution    

  • Lead on the data mining and analytics to unleash potential by predicting sales planing and implementation

  • Lead to build sales force capability  and execution& cold drink culture to drive best-in-class execution

  • DME Management- Manage efficiently the budget assigned to timely and effectively execute the assigned tasks.

  • Development on ideation of tools that will empower the system to well translate strategic movement into ground operation. Will also monitor and evaluate the results to generate insights to revise/optimize it.  

  • The job requires high proficiency in strategic and analytical thinking, with thorough understanding of consumer, shopper, customer, and bottler, to develop holistic, executionable, and sustainable plans.  The job also requires a proficiency level of communication and influencing skills in dealing with multiple stakeholders.

  • 5-10 years+ FMCG knowledge with 3 years+ of leadership experience.  Trade marketing and execution planning experiences are critical.  Bottler/customer operation experience is a plus.   High competence in analytical skills, communication, influencing, and ability to simplify difficult tasks are key credentials.

  • University/bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

  • Mandarin & English proficiency are required
