What You’ll Do for Us

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior buyers and outlet operators to secure commitment and amplify executional performance.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and bottling system partners to design and activate programs that meet customer and System goals.
  • Leverage customer data, outlet audits, and competitive insights to inform plans, monitor compliance, and capture incremental opportunities.
  • Implement promotional activations and customized solutions that drive category growth and deliver measurable results.
  • Negotiate agreements with senior-level stakeholders to achieve mutual profitability and growth objectives.
  • Use CRM and digital platforms for accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and sales pipeline visibility.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operating environment while maintaining strategic focus and executional excellence.
  • Regular travel required, primarily within the DC and Maryland region, with additional travel outside the primary market as needed for customer engagements, account visits, internal meetings, and other business-related activities. 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management roles with demonstrated success; foodservice experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyze financial and operational data to craft actionable plans.
  • Skilled in business negotiations, influencing strategies, and developing customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in digital tools including CRM platforms and reporting systems; ability to leverage insights for business decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with proven ability to balance priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders across internal teams and customer networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required to support customer, team, and business objectives.
