  • Support portfolio priorities, including innovation launches and core brand growth initiatives.

Marketing Execution & Activation Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across NL.

  • Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) by integrating marketing plans into volume and revenue growth objectives.
  • Develop customer-facing activation plans that support sell-in and drive sell-out.
  • Collaborate with bottling partners to ensure execution readiness and availability in-market.

Innovation & Portfolio Delivery

  • Execute innovation launches in NL, ensuring strong go-to-market plans and in-market success.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, supporting SKU optimization and pack-price execution.
  • Provide feedback to European teams based on market performance and consumer response.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with European ARTD teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal) to deliver plans effectively.
  • Share market learnings, performance updates, and best practices across the system.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local alcohol regulations and responsible marketing standards.
  • Partner with Legal and Public Affairs to validate campaigns and activations.
  • Proactively mitigate regulatory and reputational risks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

  • FMCG experience required; alcohol beverages or ARTD experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong track record in executing marketing plans and delivering in-market results.
