Key Responsibilities 

Executive & Strategic Support 

– Provide proactive, high-level executive support to senior leadership, managing complex and constantly evolving calendars, priorities, and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience 

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related discipline. 

– 7–10+ years’ experience in a senior Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary role supporting C-suite or senior leadership. 

– Proven experience operating within a large, complex, and networked organization, ideally in a leading market environment. 

– Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes, competing priorities, and ambiguity with professionalism and composure. 

Key Skills & Capabilities 

– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (executive-level presentations), Excel (advanced data handling, reporting, and analysis), Outlook and Teams. 

– Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail. 

– High resilience and flexibility, with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment. 

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage at all organisational levels. 

– Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professional integrity. 

– Experience working within a networked business model, navigating multiple stakeholders and geographies effectively.
