About the Program 

The Coca-Cola Company’s Ignite Internship Program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a dynamic, global organization. This program offers opportunities to work on impactful projects, develop professional skills, and gain exposure to the beverage industry. Hiring Teams

We hire interns for the following teams: 

  • Communication: Support internal and external communications, including social media, and corporate storytelling. 

  • E-Commerce: Assist in digital sales strategies, and platform optimization. 

  • Finance: Work on financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support business decisions. 

  • Marketing: Support Coca-Cola TM brand campaigns, market research, and consumer engagement strategies. 

  • Sustainability: Developed a strong sustainability strategy and communication plan. 

  • Technical: Contribute to product development, quality assurance, and sustainability initiatives. 

  • Vending: Help optimize vending operations, analyze sales data, and improve customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with team members to execute projects aligned with business goals. 

  • Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders. 

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. 

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables as required. 

  • Learn and apply Coca-Cola’s values and business practices in daily tasks. 

Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (undergraduate or graduate level). 

  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and verbal). 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 

  • Passion for learning and a proactive attitude. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Interest in the beverage industry and Coca-Cola’s mission.
