The Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management, Turkiye is responsible for designing and executing the market’s end to end Revenue Growth Management agenda to unlock sustainable topline revenue growth. Operating as a key commercial thought leader within the Turkey franchise, this role partners closely with bottling, marketing, finance, and commercial teams to localize Eurasia & Middle East RGM strategies, strengthen price–pack architecture, design an efficient and effective promo strategy and ensure disciplined execution in the market.
You will champion affordability, recruitment, portfolio optimization, and channel execution excellence—ensuring Turkey delivers strong transaction, volume, revenue and share outcomes through integrated RGM routines.
Scope
• Geography: Turkey; local role based out of Istanbul, Turkey. No relocation support will be provided.
• System: Works closely with the bottler and KO (Coca-Cola) system partners.
• Team: Part of a networked OU(Operating Unit)/market team including Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, S&I, and bottler stakeholders.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead, design, and implement integrated RGM (Revenue Growth Management) plans and approaches tailored to the Turkey market to support topline revenue growth and recruitment by better targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers, and Customers).
- Collaborate with system partners to identify and execute targeted growth initiatives in Turkey through pricing, promotions, OBBPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel) actions to unlock revenue, volume, and transaction opportunities.
- Ensure the seamless integration of aligned RGM priorities into market execution, influencing PICOS (Picture of Success), RED (Right Execution Daily), price terms and promo plans by channel.
- Monitor all RGM drivers for Franchise Unit business performance in Turkey, reporting results with root cause analysis and mitigation plans as needed.
- Support the development of RGM capabilities for the Turkey team, including training (e.g., through RGM Academy) and use of commercial tools (such as TPO, CPS, etc.).
- Participate as an active member of the global SME (Subject Matter Expert) network to accelerate capability in: Affordability, Premiumization, Reusables Acceleration, IC (Immediate Consumption) Acceleration, and Advanced Analytics.
- Lead the deployment of commercial elements from the RGM framework and ensure toolkits are used effectively within the Turkey Franchise Unit.
- Integrate cross-functional and cross-market RGM strategies, acting as a key contact for all relevant stakeholders (including bottlers, Franchise GMs, and the Commercial, Marketing, and Finance functions), ensuring RGM strategies and commercial activities are harmonized.
Qualifications & Success Parameters
- University degree (preferably in business, economics, marketing, or related fields).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in RGM, commercial, marketing, or related areas.
- Modern Trade Promotions Experience Strongly Preferred
- Knowledge of RGM frameworks and tools, especially in promotions and pricing.
- Good knowledge of channel dynamics and consumer understanding in Turkey.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking, with strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex business environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Turkish
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
