Liquid Mixing Team Leader

Role and Major Responsibilities of Position:

Operational Management:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the liquids production area, supporting the Production Manager.
Team Leadership:

Oversees a group of operators, ensuring efficient operation to achieve business targets. Provides leadership and line management to the team.
Work Coordination:

Coordinates team workloads and offers support to ensure production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are met.
Issue Monitoring:

Monitors any operational issues and resolves them promptly.

Performance Development: Develops the team by focusing on individual performance and supporting requirements to achieve high standards.
Culture and Safety: Fosters a culture of Good Manufacturing Practices and ensures safety in the workplace to meet customer requirements

Minimum Requirements for Position:

Minimum Tertiary education, with not less than 2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry

Communication, Computer Literacy, English Language, Forklift License, Group Problem Solving, Machine Operations, Mathematics, Mechanical Aptitude, Writing
