Role Purpose
The Brand Manager – Coca Cola Türkiye plays a critical executional role in delivering locally relevant brand activation and supporting the growth of The Coca Cola brand in Türkiye. As a Manager, this individual contributes to the implementation of brand plans, consumer activation, local insights work, and in-market execution — ensuring that global and regional brand strategies are effectively brought to life for Türkish consumers.
This role is hands-on and requires strong collaboration with the local Turkish network (Commercial, IMX, RGM, Shopper, Insights, Franchise/Bottler teams) to translate brand direction into high quality activation at national, customer, and community levels.
The Brand Manager supports the operational delivery of brand initiatives, manages approved marketing materials, and ensures all activities are executed with discipline and relevance for the Irish market.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Assume project leader role on the projects that s/he is leading facilitating collective genius and collaboration among Category Teams, IMX – Integrated Marketing Experience Team, C&Cl, Franchise Leadership, Finance, Technical, PAC, Legal and relevant bottling partner’s team.
- Develop the idea, drive the system wide alignment (Idea, execution, KBIs, budget) and oversee the execution of national/regional/channel/account specific promotions that will amplify the brand ideas/programs/innovations aligned to be deployed the market.
- As the owner of the projects own DME (Direct Marketing Expenditure) management and due diligence related with the projects s/he is leading.
- Bring a holistic understanding-based brand analytics in the specific projects as well as on the overall brand progression that would feed into risks/opportunities of the brands/business/region/channels as well.
- Be the owner of local insights both brand/projects based as well as overall consumer psyche and feed them to rest of the system for effective strategy articulation and activation planning
- Provide input to localization and real-time amplification of IMX campaigns in Türkiye and/or participate in agile development of Türkiye campaigns
- Manage brand activation at the field level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with bottlers

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or consumer marketing (FMCG preferred).
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel activation.
- Experience working with agencies and cross functional teams.
- Ability to interpret consumer research, basic data sources, and campaign analytics.
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and comfortable operating with limited supervision.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
