Senior Director, Global Finance and Strategy Communications and Change Management
The Senior Director Communications and Change Management leads the development and execution of strategic internal communication and change management initiatives across the Global Finance and Strategy (GFS) function. In this critical role, you will promote effective communication practices and consistent messaging throughout the organization while leading the change and communications team. By bringing the function's strategy and vision to life, through the Future of Finance, you will guide the teams through the transformation journey, ensuring high levels of user adoption of the new ways of working.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive change and communications strategy for the function, ensuring it is integrated into both prioritized projects and daily activities. Your strategy will utilize leadership voices to effectively amplify key messages. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering and enhancing leadership and strategic planning capabilities, demonstrating the ability to efficiently collaborate across the network and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do for us
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal communications strategies for Global Finance and Strategy.
- Oversee and optimize communication channels such as Connect, Yammer, and Newsletters to ensure high levels of employee engagement and information dissemination.
- Design and implement robust change management frameworks and strategies that enhance employee adoption and engagement with new initiatives and processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful change adoption.
- Organize and run key communication events such as GFS town halls, including run of show, coordination of content, speakers and participants.
- Partner with the Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability (PACS) group to ensure unified messaging across the organization – as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and senior decision-makers, facilitating a networked approach to communication and change management.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of communication and change initiatives and provide leadership reports as needed.
- Build consensus, ensure alignment and buy-in from key internal stakeholders – acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on communication and change management best practices.
Who you will work with:
- Lead a team of Communications and Change Management professionals
- Collaborate closely with the Integration and Capabilities teams across the Global Finance and Strategy network
- Work closely with senior function leaders and the PACS function.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) is highly desirable
- 10+ years’ experience in communications, change management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in orchestrating large-scale communication strategies and managing transformational change initiatives in a global organization and leading events (in person & virtual)
- Ability to lead a team of individual contributors.
- Ability to work across a multi-cultural, networked organization
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex issues to drive tangible business actions
- Ability to develop the internal corporate communications strategy.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

Pay Range:
$189,000 – $220,500
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
