Senior Manager, Alternate Route To Market (ARTM)
The Senior Manager, Alternate Route to Market (ARTM) role supports the implementation, evolution, and scaling of ARTM strategy across channels and customers within NAOU and the Bottling System. ARTM is a dynamically growing program operating at the intersection of Commercial, Sales, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, CCBSS, and Bottlers. This individual is responsible for ensuring ARTM is positioned for long-term success with processes, tools, and operating rhythms that are effective, scalable, and can be understood by system partners.
The Senior Manager uses strong crossfunctional coordination, structured problem solving, and project management skills in an ambiguous environment. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, constructive discontent, and the ability to progress work through influence.
What You’ll Do for Us:

ARTM Channel Enablement & Results Support
-
Supports delivery of ARTM channel objectives in partnership with Customer Leadership, Bottlers, RoutetoMarket, RGM, and CCBSS associates
-
Stewards ARTM channel performance by tracking results, surfacing insights, and escalating risks, opportunities, or deviations from standard operating models
-
Supports measurement and reporting of ARTM internal effectiveness and CBS outcomes to ARTM Directors and Senior Director

Ensures customer and bottlerfacing ARTM programs are executable at scale through standard processes, tools, and decision frameworks

Cross-Functional Process Improvements to meet the current or future needs of the enterprise

Proactively identifies opportunities to simplify, evolve, or digitize ARTMrelated processes to meet current and future enterprise needs

Leads mapping of currentstate processes, identification of friction or fracture points, and development of improvement recommendations

Manages project plans and changemanagement activities in partnership with stakeholders to support adoption and sustainability
-
Coordinates with cross-functional partners to ensure process changes are viable and aligned
-
Collaborative process and tool design to support the future of ARTM models
-
Authors and maintains ARTM decision frameworks, playbooks, and escalation guides used by Directors, Bottlers, and channel teams

Designs ARTM processes that balance enterprise impact with channel flexibility
-
Supports identification and development of necessary training to create capability to achieve ARTM execution objectives within NAOU
-
Gathers and synthesizes input from multiple stakeholders to ensure that process and tool recommendations are comprehensive and carefully considered
What You'll Need
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred

5 or more years of relevant experience required

Project Management certification a plus

Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and progress work through influence

Comfortable challenging ideas constructively and contributing to strategic discussions

Demonstrated critical thinking and problemsolving skills, even with imperfect data and incomplete historical context

Experience managing complex, crossfunctional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Ability to use pattern recognition to guide recommendations in novel situations and anticipate future risks

Strong changemanagement, collaboration, and communication capabilities

Track record of building high trust relationships with key stakeholders

$119,000 – $145,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
