Production Technician I (2nd shift $25.69/HR)

As a Production Technician, you will perform and support various tasks associated with the manufacturing process of our beverages.
*This is a bargaining union position – represented by Local 773, International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
The Production Technician is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Perform production activities including equipment setup, filling, labeling, and recordkeeping in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Quality System to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas (e.g., cleaning/sanitizing systems, maintaining conveyors, handling raw material tankers) in compliance with GMP and company standards.
- Transport raw materials and finished goods within production and warehouse areas using forklifts or other equipment to support manufacturing and shipping.
- Inspect production, warehouse, and service areas to ensure compliance with safety policies, operating procedures, GMP, and quality standards.
- Apply and maintain the Coca‑Cola Quality System to meet company product quality requirements.
- Calculate and document production yields, scrap, material variances, and required statistics accurately.
- Perform microbiological testing, ingredient receiving, and incoming trailer inspections (Processing/Quality).
- Communicate with team members to share feedback, resolve issues, and support business results.
- Identify and report non‑compliant activities and ensure proper documentation and record retention.
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma, General Education or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year light industrial experience desired.
- Prior production / manufacturing experience a plus.
- Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
