Position Responsibilities:
- The Business Manager ensures compliance with company policies by providing analytical support, administrative and financial services, and timely reporting to the Operations and Sales teams
- As a Business Manager, you will lead and oversee administrative staff at the local Distribution Center while coordinating general administrative activities for the Operations and Sales teams
- You will ensure rigorous compliance with internal control environments, identify and address gaps, and work closely with management on financial analysis and expense management to drive cost-saving opportunities
- You will enhance Accounts Receivable functions by managing sales chargebacks, write-offs, non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks, and the customer refund mail check process, while supporting Route Settlement to ensure precise driver activity processing
- You will strategically oversee pre-settlement and cashiering activities, ensure accurate Accounts Payable invoice processing, and contribute to the development of the annual operating budget for the Operations and Sales teams
- Other duties as assigned
Pay Range:
$80456 – $100570 USD Annually
