Position Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for HR business analysis, HR data management, Dynamics 365 administration, and financial systems support.
- Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations for the team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
