Manager, Innovation Agile Support

Focus, Scope, & Impact: 

  • Scope of the work is all product/package categories (sparkling/still) in all Operating Unit regions of Turkey, Pakistan, Middle East, Central Asia and Caucasus. 

  • Co-ordinate new product and package development from concept to concentrate delivery in partnership with R&D, CPS, Ops & SC to ensure new formulas/packages are produced in time without quality and supply issues. 

  • Work together with the marketing team in the implementation of new projects where technical support & expertise is needed. 

  • Ensure that the performance of the delivered development meets the quality specifications defined in design phase, that new products development is fully assessed by other technical functions, including local regulatory framework and Corporate Reputation strategy. 

  • Ensure formula management process and approvals in place, following Corporate Policies. 

  • Review new product performance and create action plans to address any technical product issues 

  • Planning and execution of development, cost saving and commercialization of still & sparkling projects. 

Experience  

  • Graduation from Engineering department (Food, Chemical) 

  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination / project management  

  • Good problem analysis and problem solving skills 

  • Proficiency in English  

  • Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making 

  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts, processes, and packaging innovation
