QSE Intern

This intern role will work within the QSE organization to support Quality, Safety & Environmental digitalization of work processes for performance and progress.

Position Overview:
This position will be within the North America QSE organization. The intern position will assist the organization in end-to-end data management and system analysis. The position will help create an optimized process improvement to drive impact in market execution of key consumer response programs.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Projects to support Quality, Safety and Environmental initiatives
  • Assist with QSE scorecard and performance monitoring
  • Support QSE team with assessments
  • Collaborate with data resources to update capability database
  • Support QSE audit system with trending analysis and corrective action tracking

Education Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in technical or science-based field (Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Environmental Studies, Engineering) with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025

Related Work Experience:

  • Food or beverage manufacturing, laboratory, environmental science

Functional Skills:

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of assignments and take to completion
  • Curiosity to learn and willing to ask questions
  • Strong technical foundation and interest in quality/food safety, safety or environmental science

     

Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506

Monthly Salary (graduate): $6,066

Dates of Internship: May 18 – July 31, 2026
